Keyword Reserch / SEO Optimization

Overview

Seo research is the process of finding keywords and topics that are inline with what people are searching for. This helps us create contents that ranks at the top of Google search and helps us stay ahead of the competition

Keyword research is divided into 3 different parts

A) Research

The first step in writing a blog post is identifying the topic you want to cover. This step helps define user intent (the reason behind a search query and what the searcher is trying to achieve). Research tools such as Ahrefs and semrush make this process easier by helping you identify relevant keywords with strong search volume and clear intent, while avoiding overly competitive terms.

B) Outline

The second step involves creating a clear structure for the blog post. At this stage, we gather data on the chosen topic, analyze top ranking pages on Google, and identify common patterns in content format such as listicles, in-depth editorials, or standard blog posts. This process helps us build a well structured outline that covers all essential subtopics while strategically incorporating relevant keywords.

C) Drafting

In this last step, we draft the Heading, subheaders and list down synonyms and words related to our main header. At the end of the day, our goal is similar to every effective writer which is to create engaging, informative, and well optimized content that resonates with the target audience and eventually lead them to a conversion goal.

Summary

SEO is the bridge between a user’s problem and a brand’s solution. By combining User Intent Research with Competitor Gap Analysis and Drafting, we transform raw search data into authoritative content. This process ensures that every piece of content doesn’t just rank on googles first page, but actively serves the audience’s needs without spamming keywords while still moving them closer to a conversion goal.
