The Challenge

Users landing on a 404 page often feel frustrated and are likely to exit the site, leading to high bounce rates.

The Objective

To reduce or totally eliminate user drop off by using a copy that's themed along the lines of the car world to maintain brand engagement and provide clear navigational re-routing back to the inventory.

Strategy Applied

I employed an industry specific humor to humanize the brand while strategically placing the "Go Home" CTA.

Result💡:

Elimination or drastic reduction of bounce rate from the website
