Identifying the White Space in Luxury Travel: The luxury travel sector is often saturated with generic "grandeur" that lacks substance. Starting from a blank canvas, I conducted a deep market audit to identify a specific gap: Authority led Opulence. The goal was to position Kitt & Lou not just as a service, but as a definitive source of truth for the sophisticated traveler.

The Sophisticate’s Dialect: Leveraging my UX copywriting background, I developed a messaging hierarchy designed to guide users through the high stakes decision making process of luxury booking. I established a brand voice that is sophisticated, direct, and inherently posh.

Creative Ideation & Campaign Design

Where the Stallion Meets the Chariot: Strategy met execution in the design of our flagship campaigns. Centered on the concept of 'Quiet Luxury,' I spearheaded visual storytelling that speaks to the "if you know, you know" demographic through minimalist layouts and rich textures.
